About Me

Hi, I’m Gabby Nahle, a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #146977) based in the South Bay. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and am trained in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, low self-worth, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor our work together to meet your specific needs, honoring your unique experiences and inner strengths. Whether we’re working through painful memories, processing ongoing struggles, or creating space to reconnect with yourself, I will show up with curiosity, empathy, and zero judgment.

I often integrate mindfulness, parts work, nervous system regulation, and EMDR into the work we do. Therapy can be deep and transformative, but it can also include laughter, moments of lightness, and the kind of real talk that helps you breathe a little easier.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a dog lover, writer, and advocate for emotional learning. I’ve even published a children’s book to help kids and families talk about feelings. I also create relatable mental health content because I believe therapy should feel accessible, human, and honest.

I am supervised by Emily Markowitz Bailey, LMSW LCSW (License #28138).

If you are ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
